My Dearest Darling Wife,
Hello honey, how is my darling little wife. Awful, awful sweet I know and fine I hope. You had better be dearest. Well dolly no sweet letters so far today but I am sure hoping some comes in before the day is over. Boy the mail service sure has been poor over here so far. I sure hope it starts coming in before long now. Gee darling your letters mean the world and all to me and they are so darn precious. They make me so awful happy and make me feel so wonderful all over dear. I sure hope you are getting my mail all right now dear. You should have some from here by this time. Gee darling you are so darn sweet and I love you so awful, awful much.
I am feeling fine now dear and getting along all right. I have plenty of everything now darling. Well Honey it is plenty warm here today the same as usual. Gosh Honey, what I wouldn’t give to be back there in that swell climate. It will be so darn wonderful when I am back in your sweet arms and we can start our life together Honey. We have waited and planned for so long darling that it will all be more wonderful than we can imagine. We will be so darn happy dear.
I sure hope this finds you feeling swell and everything going along all right in every way with you dear. Honey you be sure and take good care of my darling little wife now and be awful, awful careful now sweetheart. I sure hope you don’t have to much work now darling. I’ll bet the girls was sure glad to see you come back to work dear.
Well Honey I guess you never did get that last package I sent you from Figi. Gosh I wanted you to get that so darn bad honey. All those pictures I had was in there to. I guess we have done pretty good though now to lose any more packages than we have Honey. There is one fellow in my tent that had his wife send him those different watches and he never got any of them. Boy I am sure glad I got my watch all right. It sure is a swell little watch to Honey and really keeps good time.
Gosh Honey I sure am anxious to get some sweet letters from you and I sure hope I get some pictures of my darling little wife in the next letters to. Gee but it makes me happy when I can get some wonderful pictures from you dear. I look at your pictures all the time darling and they are all so darn swell. I remember the first picture I got from you dear, you gave it to me on our first date. It will be so darn swell when we are back together and can see each other in person dear.
Darling that was such a sweet kiss in one of your last letters I received. You said that was the shade of your new lipstick. Boy that is sure pretty Honey and I’ll bet you really like it. I sure wish I was with you honey and could be kissing those sweet lips. I’ll bet a tube of lipstick wouldn’t last you near so long as it does now cause I would be taking it off all the time. Gee darling it will be so darn swell when we can hug and kiss each other all we want to. Boy Honey we sure have a lot of things to catch up on when we get back together and what I mean we are sure going to make up for these last two years. We are really going to celebrate in every way dear and what I mean we will sure deserve it to. Honey everything will be so heavenly and it will all be like a dream and it really will be our dream come true dear.
I love you so awful, awful much and you know I always will dearest. You are so darn precious and so wonderful in every way dear. Honey we are so happily married and love each other more every day. We will be so darn happy when we get back in each others arms and have out little home and all darling. Honey you are the sweetest and most adorable little wife in this world and I am so darn proud of you. Darling I know that God hears our prayers and will keep us safe and bring us together as soon as possible. Please take good care of my precious parts dear, miss you so darn much. I love you so awful, awful much and you know I always will dearest. You are so darn sweet Honey.
