My Dearest Darling Wife,

Hello sweet little angel, how is my darling little wife. Awful, awful sweet I know and fine I hope. You had better be dearest. Gee darling I received two of the sweetest letters from you yesterday evening and I was so darn thrilled to get them dolly. They were so awful sweet and precious dear, just like all your wonderful letters are. I also received two from the folks dear. Yours was the seventh and ninth dear so that was pretty good time. Gosh Honey your precious letters mean the world and all to me and they are so darn sweet. They make me so awful, awful happy dearest and make me feel so wonderful all over. Gee darling it gives me the grandest feeling all over when I can get your precious letters. Won’t it be heavenly dear when we are back in each others arms and won’t have to write letters any more. I sure hope you are getting my mail all right now dear. You are so darn sweet dearest and I love you so awful darn much.

I am feeling fine now dearest and getting along all right in every way now. I have plenty of everything now dearest. Well Honey it is a pretty nice day here and not so awful hot but still plenty warm. There is a good breeze blowing today though and that sure helps a lot. Sure hope you are having some nice weather by now dear but in your letters yesterday Honey it was still cold at home. Sure does look like it would warm up before so very long now. Well Honey four more nites and I will have this nite shift in and I will sure be glad when it is over for another week.

Honey you was saying that you saw Miss Hulguist and Miss Titer the other nite on the street car when you was coming home from the picnic. I’ll bet you were sure surprised to se them dear. They were too good teachers I thought. I guess they got tired of teaching and they probably have a better paying job to.

You was telling me that Clarence and Sally was over the other nite dear and he was telling you about the Admiralties. It sure was a heck of a place although it was better than some we have been at. I sure would liked to have seen him to dear but I only got to go look for him the one time and I don’t think he ever went back to his outfit anyway cause it wasn’t long after that until he was in the states.

Honey you was telling me that they was laying off all the Bomber plant and their thousand at Lake City. That sure does look good dear cause that shows they aren’t looking for it to last so very much longer. That is sure going to throw a lot of people out of work dear. They ought to take all those guys that have been dodging the draft by working in those places and put them in the army and let that many more old guys out. I sure am anxious to find out what the exact number of points is going to be before you can get out. They are supposed to announce it the twenty seventh I think dear. Gee darling it will be one of the happiest days in our life when I am out of this thing and it is all over. I’ll say it will be just like getting married all over again dear. Boy Honey we are sure going to celebrate when our time does come to. We have our meeting all planned so perfect dear and darling we are going to have it that way to, whether I come back and get discharged or come back and just get a furlough. Surely this thing won’t last much longer dear cause they are going to throw everything at the Japs now and they have them pretty well beaten down all ready. Surely something will come out of this point system to dear and I sure have hopes of being in on it. I know God hears our prayers and will keep us safe and bring us together as soon as possible dear.

Sure hope this finds you feeling swell dear and everything going along all right in every way at home now. I want you to be awful, awful careful now dearest and take wonderful care of my sweet little wife now. Sure hope you aren’t working too hard now dear. In your letter yesterday you said that you had quite a bit of work coming in now and I sure hope you don’t get to much dear. Please take it easy now darling and don’t work to hard now.

Honey dear you are so darn sweet and I love you so awful, awful darn much and you know I always will dearest. Gee darling you are so darn sweet and precious in every way. Honey we are so happily married and love each other more every day. Darling I know that there isn’t or never will be a happier married couple than us. Gee darling I am going to hold you so awful tight and kiss you so often when I get you in my arms. It will be so wonderful to hold you in my arms once again dear and look into your precious eyes and be able to talk to you darling and never have to leave you. You are so darn pretty from the tips of my beautiful blonde hair to the tips of my sweet little toes dear and gee all mine. Honey I am going to tickle those sweet little feet to, yes I am now dearest. Please take wonderful care of my precious parts dearest, gee but they are wonderful and I love them so darn much. Yours are fine dear, miss you so awful darn much, You are the sweetest and most adorable little wife in this world dear and I love you so darn much and you know I always will dear.

Well sug I guess I had better close for this time and I’ll write you as soon as possible now dearest. I’ll be looking for your precious letters now dearest. Please be awful, awful careful now dearest and take wonderful care of my sweet little wife. Remember now dear, chin up and always happy. Tell all hello dear.
