Dear Thomas well here I am again and I got another swell letter today from you. You wrote it the 30 of July not bad at all. And you had got a letter from us and one from Naomi too the day you wrote. Well the weather has cool off some. And it make a guy feel better dad is mowing the yard. Well what do you think about this new bomb they have got. Do you think the darn japs have got sense enough to quit. I don’t believe they got sense enough to quit. Well I think they are going to try and oil some of these roads round here in Grinter Height tomorrow but Tom said the oil was not much so it don’t do much good after they put it on the road. Well Thomas maybe the old Japs will get scored and give up after they see a few of those things fall on their Citys. Well you ask me in one of your letter if the Boy in Mrs. See house got discharged well he had to go back to Colorado to a hospital for a while and then maybe he get to come home for good. He had that Rot Boat or something like that. It is something he got over there in the mud and water. Well I close for tonite so answer as soon as possible mother and dad.
