My
Dearest Darling Wife,
Hello sweet little angel, how is my
darling little wife. Awful, awful sweet I know and fine I hope. You had better
be dolly. Gee darling I received three of the sweetest letters from you today
and I was so darn thrilled to get them dear. They were so awful sweet and
precious Honey, just like all your wonderful letters are. I also received three
from the folks dear. Yours was the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth of
August dear so that was sure good time. Gee darling your precious letters mean
the world and all to me and they are so darn sweet. They make me so awful,
awful happy dear and make me feel so wonderful all over. Honey you had been
getting my mail pretty good to and I sure hope you are still getting it good
dear. Gosh Honey isn’t it wonderful to think about us being able to be together
before very long now and not having to write letters any more. Honey dear you
are so darn sweet and I love you so awful darn much.
I am feeling fine now dearest and
getting along all right in every way now. I have plenty of everything now dear.
Well Honey it has been a pretty nice day here, plenty hot though. Sure hope it
isn’t to hot. Well honey I got another shot in the arm today. Boy I sure will
be glad when I am out of this thing and won’t have to take any more of them. I
would sure rather take the shots than to get some disease. My arm is sure sore
now and I think most all the guys arms are. Every time you change places you
have to take shots for some new disease. My finger is still giving me trouble
to. It seems like it is all infected underneath the skin but it is some better
than it was.
Honey dear I received a swell
package from you today and I was so glad to get it Honey. It had a swell can of
cookies baked by my own sweet little wife and gee but they are good dear. I
sure have been eating them and the fellows sure did like them to dear. They
sure know what a wonderful little wife I have in every way. And Honey there was
two bars of soap, two cans of tooth powder, a bottle
of hair oil and a tube of shaving cream. The package sure did come in good shape to dear. Gee darling you are so darn sweet to
send me so many swell things, just the sweetest little gal in this world. Honey
it won’t be long until I will be back in your precious arms and be able to get
you things to and this won’t be a one-sided affair like it has been for three
years now. Gee darling you are so darn sweet and I love you so awful darn much.
Darling it was so sweet where you
wrote me about how comfy you dress now when it is so awful hot. Your shorts and
halter is sure all you need dear cause I sure want my
little darling relaxed in every way when she gets home from work at nite. Honey, I’ll say that’s all mine
that you said just enough to cover. I’ll bet there will be a lot of times it
won’t be when I get home dear. Gosh Honey won’t it be wonderful to be in each
others arms all the time and to be dressed the way we want to. I know we will
be without the towel a lot dear. Gosh Honey isn’t it wonderful to think about
it all and to know that our time is really getting a lot closer now. Honey you
said you would have Ruth take some pictures for me of you in your shorts so
don’t you forget now dolly. Gee darling it makes me feel so awful darn wonderful
when I can get your precious pictures. Gee darling we will be like the bees so
much of the time, just about constantly I’ll bet dear. Gosh Honey just think after three whole years. We can’t really imagine how
wonderful it will all be dearest. I just think about our meeting all the time
dear, it is so awful wonderful dear. Honey we can have our meeting now as we
always planned and dearest we will stay in our room over town as long as we
like to.
Honey dear I sure hope this finds
you feeling swell and everything going along all right in every way at home
now. Please be awful, awful careful now dearest and don’t work to hard now
dolly. I sure do hope that there hasn’t been any more trouble at the office
dear and that they get rid of that darn girl.
Darling you are so awful, awful
sweet and I love you so darn much and you know I always will dear. Honey isn’t
it wonderful to be married and really own each other. I know that there isn’t
or never will be a happier married couple than us dear. Gee darling doesn’t it
make the grandest feeling go over you when you think about how awful wonderful
a feeling it will be to hold each other tight and kiss each other so often to
know that every day that goes by is one day closer, so much closer to that
time. Honey I know God hears our prayers and will keep us safe and bring us
together as soon as possible now. Please take wonderful care of my precious
parts now dear, gee but they are wonderful and I love them so darn much. Yours
are fine dolly miss you so darn much. Honey you are the sweetest and most
adorable little wife in this world and I love you so darn much and you know I
always will dear.
Well sug I
guess I had better close for this time and I’ll write you as soon as possible
now dear. I’ll be looking for your precious letters now dearest. Please be
awful, awful careful now dear and take wonderful care of my sweet little wife.
