I suppose you are continuing to work yourself grey in the face preparing for your ‘safari’ to Laredo- Pop will be glad to see you. I also hope that change in the wind relieved the nose- did it?

No news here- well some- “You never tell me anything.”

The Fergusons are being stationed here he has already arrived and of course is faced with the problems (unsolvable) of finding a house or should I say place?

Also the Littles’- remember the people who lived catty-cornered from us across the street in Harlingen- the ones who had the snake in the heating grate a drain. She will stay in Harlingen.

Also a couple of big boxes came in evidentally from a couple of stores- I didn’t open or even rummage so will await the big opening with you-

I go to Harlingen tomorrow afternoon – Friday – and will return Sunday afternoon late –

Finished your birthday cake (Thanks again dear) even though it was stale by now – but good –

I’m exhausted – Amber finally left for America and left me completely up in the air – to finish the book – what an ending and what a book – and – what a girl -
