Dear Nick,

Received your letter and I was glad to hear that you are well and also that you had a nice time at home. The weather here is nice now but all the snow didn’t melt yet. Mrs. Siller won’t be home yet or about more than a week. I don’t hear from Stella Buzick. Elsie Turko called me twice this week; it makes me wonder why she is so interested in me all of a sudden. When I heard from home they said Dad isn’t working yet. By the way you write, Berlin is getting popular. I guess I’ll close now because I’m tired, I want to put the kids to bed and take a rest.
