Dear Anna:

Received your most welcomed letter and I was very glad to hear from you and the rest of the folks at home. And I am also glad to know that everybody is in the best of health.

I have written to you several times since I have been in Africa and I am very happy to know that you are beginning to receive my letters.

I am happy to know that Anna is getting along very well in school and I hope she continues with the good work. I am also glad to hear that Rosalie and Betty did well at the Recital.

I think I have received all the Xmas cards your folks sent me and I want to thank all of you for them they were all very pretty and I liked them very much and I wish I could have enjoyed the holidays with you in the family.

I hope Mom is in the best of health and I certainly hope she is taking good care of herself.

Remember me to Erin, Elsie and Rosalie and I hope they are all in the best of health.

I sincerely hope you are enjoying the best of health and taking good care of yourself.

I am closing with lots of love to you and Best Regards to everybody at home. I am in the best of health and doing fine.
