Dear Wife: I am leaving this evening from here 6p.m. and expect to be in mobile, tomorrow evening around 1 a.m., today is a nice day here and I am glad of it. I don’t like those gloomy days there is nothing in particular I could write by the time you get this lines I will be in Mobile I am feeling well now and when I get out and stir around I expect to feel better yet. I will close with love to all

P.S. I only hope I have better luck from now on I aught to have a break sometimes I had my share of bad luck and I think there aught to be a limit. I hope you are all in the best of health when this letter gets there because there is nothing like good health.
