Dear Albert,

Just a few lines to tell you I’m feeling O.K. and hope you feel the same. Did you get back in time last night? I hope so. I got home 12:45. I was fooling around most of the time. I had a swell time Sunday and I hope you and your boy friend did. This first letter is going to be hard to write, but as time goes on I can assure you that they will become much more interesting. I just got up and it was 2:15. I feel so darn lazy and I am not fooling.

I like the way you talk in Chinese, and if I ever see you again I know how I can enjoy myself. I don’t think I’ve laughed so much for a few minutes and I am not fooling.

Say hello to your boy friend for me O.K. and tell him Alice said Hi. Did he get her address or don’t you know?

Well! I guess this is boring you so I’ll Sign off as I have a few more to answer. Here’s hoping to here from you soon.

Your Friend

Dottie

P.S. Excuse Writing

O.K.
