Hi, There, ‘Em and Ral’,

It’s me again, I’m very sorry to hear of Murille, please let me know how you make out on Sun. this week.

Harvey is working very hard [to] gas the car fuel up in summer, so that we can at least go to Mathews and Dolly’s. He and his dad go after a five tomorrow morning; I sure hope he can get it fix up.

Harveyhas off from work this Sat night and we are going down to Aunt Bessie and Elma’s for a while, he must come back early because he goes to work at 12 midnite for mom.

We went to the movies to see “Wildest Gypsy“ and it sure was good, this work on Tues. Night  Harvey Missed “Frendemer’s Creek “ while I was sick in bed and we went then it sure was good.

Mahlor, was a Lt. made on March 5 and quick sent me his address he went back in camp on Feb 4 and I guess he’s on the water now.

We did a V mail letter from Hubert’s and he is now in France somewhere, all of the Pickins are in Europe [Thanks to the] war, all but one, he just left and is now in Fla.

I also sent a folder from Odora to tell a story of the island where she is now stationed, it sure must be awful down there after a time.

She sent them both letters but hasn’t heard from either in a while, especially Harvey. I really haven’t heard from him since and I sent his birthday card down there, Mahlor was home an a 12 he pass[ed] and went home again the next evening because he stopped to see Harvey and he was home again on Saturday night and he also expected to get in again on Sunday, but we didn’t see him and I haven’t seen him this week at all.

I’m getting sleepy, so let me know how you make out Sunday. My monthly period is now here after one entire week of severe cramps, but the Doc. told me it would be that way and not to get alarmed over it.

Hope we have good news to each other in the next letter.

                                                                                                Muriel and Harvey
