Dearest Preston:

Always remember this wherever you are, or wherever you go; I love you with all my heart, and anything else there is to love with, and am counting on you to come through on top; and that it is your love and knowledge of the fact that you are doing a job well for me, for us, that keeps me going from day to day. With this I can accomplish no end of things because I know there is someone who cares.
