Tues

My dearest darling Preston,

Are you feeling any better now honey? Are you over your blues? I wish I could be with you when you feel so low. I think I could cheer you up quite a lot. Keep your chin up honey and hold on tight when you feel it coming on again and know that I love you with all my heart. Remember that we here are counting on you to come through.

I had a letter from Mother today and all is well, except maybe with Ray. Has he told you any trouble with he and Blanche?

I went to a show titled “Objective Burma” very exciting and fun picture.

I’m using a bad pen as I can’t find mine so I will stop now until tomorrow nite. Hope I hear from you tomorrow. No letter today.

                                                            Goodnite Honey,

                                                                        All my love,

                                                                                    Maggie
