My Dearest Darling,

Oh how I wish I had my Pheety with me tonite. There’s a full moon down here tonite and it’s just too beautiful. When I look at it Darling I get so homesick for you I don’t know what to do. I don’t know what happened today but I didn’t get a letter from you. I do hope I get one from you tomorrow. You said in one of your letters you’d go to work at the Pinewood about Monday the 7th. So I’ll look for you Darling the weekend of the 19th which will be Saturday. I want you to come on a weekend so I can get a weekend (two-day) pass. I know you probably can’t make it this weekend, so you should be leaving on Friday the 18th. Only 10 more days Darling and I can hardly wait. I hope you don’t have to wait till a weeks from the 19th, as that will make it 3 weeks and I just cant wait that long Pheety. If you went to work when you said you would, you should be here on the 19th. You can send me the money Darling as soon as you get it and when you let me know definitely when you’re coming I’ll have all the arrangements made. I won’t get a room until two days before you get here. I probably won’t have time to let you know I have a room in a letter before you leave, but come anyway as I’ll have a place. I may let you know in a telegram and don’t forget to send me a short telegram from Bellefontaine just before you leave. Get in town early so you’ll be home plenty of time to send it Darling. Just state on it the time you’ll arrive in New Orleans in case you don’t ride the train I told you to. Darling I can hardly wait to meet that train. You’re on my mind constantly. Sometimes I forget what I’m doing when I get to thinking of you. That’s the truth too.

There’s no room in my heart for anyone else Darling and never will be. You just seem to take up all the room in my heart Pheety and it even beats better since you entered it. You’ll always live there too Darling no matter what you do.

Write today.

            Your Impatient Pheetyheart,

                        Vincent

P.S. I’m sorry for the short letter Darling but I don’t feel so good tonite. Am tired.

            “I LOVE YOU MARGARET DARLING”
