Dinner time
My adorable Husband,
Two
letters from you this morning, my darling, they made me so happy, Eddie you do
write some of the most flattering things.
I had to write to you Saturday night sweetheart, I’d rather do that then
anything else, darling, I love you so very much won’t Wednesday ever come
around?
Eddie darling I went to the doctors this morning he said I had Tonsillitis, my
through was inflamed. He gave me a paper to send to work so I hope it hangs
over till next Wednesday.
Sweetheart write and let me know if you can get in the afternoon then I can
meet you at the station. I still can meet you at 7.0 providing I am still at
home. Please let me know darling. Love me sweetheart!
Darling when I read your letters they make me want you more and more. I think
this next pass is going to be even more heavenly too.
Wish I could have been in haps place going with you after that truck I don’t
think there is any need to get jealous darling cause I don’t think you would
stay very far were hap is.
Darling, when you add all the passes up together we haven’t seen each other
very much since we have been married you know sweetheart. I’ll always be ready
for your love. It seems years though darling since I was last with you.
I don’t know whether I told you or not but Monday night when we come home the
first thing I saw when I put my head round the back yard was a jeep. Honestly
darling I got all excited thinking definitely it must be you. It never entered my head it might be the
Canadians next door! Anyway it was Gee! Was I disappointed, yes darling I have
read quite a lot about those new bombs, It did not ought to be very long now
Eddie before we can be together always. That will be the day darling. Joyce and
myself have been studying the map. She is on holiday this week.
Eddie darling its so miserable without you, but your worth all the waiting for
sweetheart, cause I do live for the day when I know I’ll be seeing you again.
I’m crazy about you darling and want you love to much. Six more days to sweat
out till that most precious moment when I see you.
Hope my throat is easier by the weekend, although I shall have to string him a
line.
Well darling always remember I love you more than anything else in the whole wide world, and I’ll be
waiting for you.
Your ever true wife.
