Dear Folks,
I received a letter from Doug today and also a nice picture of him. Today we have had rotten weather, rain and more rain, it gets on a fellow’s nerves. I was told today that we were allowed to say we were living in tents. In one of your letters you said you thought you might take our cows out to the ranch and I think it’s a darned good idea. Gram there was a roll of films that had been exposed in one of those boxes I sent home. I hope you found them and had them developed. I received a letter from Clara yesterday and she tells me Jeff has another job. I hope he makes good but that kind of job would be too monotonous for me. Write soon as the mail situation is not good.
X
Love,
Mike
