My Dearest Darling Wife,

Hello sweet little angel, how is my darling little wife awful. Awful sweet I know and fine I hope. You had better be dearest. Gee darling I got four of the sweetest letters yesterday and I was so darn happy to get them Honey. They were so darn sweet and precious dear, just like all your wonderful letters are. I also received six letters from the folks dear and one from the Curtis. The latest one was the fourteenth of November. Some of the guys got letters with their new address on them but theirs was all later than mine so in my next letters I should be hearing that you had heard from me dear. Gosh Honey your wonderful letters mean so darn much to me and they are so sweet. They make me so happy, and make me feel so wonderful all over dear. Gee darling it grandest feeling when I can get your precious letters. I sure hope you are getting my mail all right now dear. Gosh Honey you were sure feeling awful in your letters yesterday and had the blues so bad. You should of heard from me around the sixteenth from the way these other fellows letters went home cause I wrote you a lot sooner than some of them wrote and as soon after we got here as any one. I am sure hoping that your next letters tell me you have gotten lots of mail from me dear. You are so darn sweet angel and I love you so awful, awful darn much.

I am feeling fine now dearest and getting along all right in every way. I have plenty of everything now darling. Well Honey it rained here this morning but it is pretty nice right now. I sure would like to see it stay dry for a few weeks now so all this mud would dry up and we could get the roads and things fixed up a little. It really drys up in a hurry once it stops raining and the sun comes out. You was still having pretty nice weather in all your letters dear and I sure hope you still are having nice weather Honey.

Honey you said you thought it would be a wonderful idea for me to come right to your room if we could work it out. Well Honey most all the guys that leave here on rotation get notice that they are going and they also usually spend two weeks to two months on some other islands on the way back. They have to wait for the transportation or something like that on some other island, so you see I will have plenty of time to let you know, when my time comes dear. And like you said Honey you could call Maxine after you get your room and tell he r where it was and then she could tell me when I would call her and there isn’t any use of you leaving Roy’s until I get there and call you Honey cause they keep a guy in quarantine for a week or so but then there might be the chance that you would be able to come to see me before I would get out of camp. Get out of here in a few months but no one knows how it will all work out. ….that would end over on the other side. I think they would start taking the guys out of here faster cause they will have plenty of men for replacements then and plenty of transportation too. Gosh Honey I am hoping and prying so much that this thing will move along at a fast enough rate so I can be back in your sweet arms by this time next year. At any rate we know we have the longest part of our waiting over dear and every day that goes by will be one more closer to the day we have been dreaming of angel. Maybe the whole thing will be over by the end of next year dearest. Gosh Honey wont it be a heavenly when this thing is all over for good and we can be in each others arms every minute of our time and really start our life together. It would sure be heavenly if I could meet you at your room dear but if we cant work it that way we will do the next best. I would be so darn wonderful to have to have our first embrace to ourselves and be able to spend every minute to our selves. Gosh Honey isint it wonderful to thing about. Gee but we will be happy dearest. Boy Honey it will be one of the happiest days in out life. We are sure going to start making up for some of this lost time as soon as we get together…dear and in more ways than one. You said if things worked out like we wanted them to, you would be there and have things ready and you would really be ready to. I’ll bet you aren’t just kidding either dear and what I mean I will sure be ready too darling.

Honey dear you are so darn sweet and I love you so awful, awful darn much and you know I always will dearest. You are so darn sweet and so precious in every way Dolly. Gosh Honey isn’t it wonderful to really belong to each other. I know that there isn’t a happier married couple any where dear and we will always be the same way. You are so darn pretty darling, so perfect in every way, and gee all my own wonderful and I love them so much. Yours are fine dearest, mi… you so awful, awful much but we will sure make up for all this lost time when we get back together dear. Your are the sweetest most adorable little wife in this world dear and I love you so awful, awful much and you know I always will dear.
