Dear Nick,
We
received your letter and was glad to hear from you. Everybody is all right at
home and hope you are the same. It is cold here but we don’t have any snow now.
We did not hear from Anna lately. Do you get letters from Anna often? Pop is
still working, but we don’t know how long. We made about 25 feet of rugs only
because we don’t have much rags.
Everybody says the rugs
are nice, Boy is Pop proud. We don’t know when they will call for orders for
the Bervalon but we will try to get one. Squary is still over Popoviche’s. The
mines are working okay. Mr. Popovich got layed off.
Dick and Casey are
working in the mines and I don’t know where Nick D. is working now. We heard Andy H. is coming after Casey with
the “Buick”. Elsie Leveski got killed by a car at Caironbrook’s High School.
She was 13 years old. She was getting out of Pete’s car and got run over by
another car. She was buried on Friday. We were not at the funeral but Mrs.
Brant and Wailers were.
Our marks were not so
high this month. I went up two and down one and one incomplete because I did
not hand in a history notebook. Well I guess that is all for this time. Sending
best wishes and regards, Goodbye. Answer soon.
Mom
and Pop and Brothers,
Geo.

P.S.
Frank and I got two skunks and an opossum this year
already.
