Saturday Evening
Darling:
I
came home this evening and found a note on the door from Ests. She is staying
with one of the girls at the office. I read until now and [the] book I read was
grand. Have you seen the picture, dear? Now, voyager. The book was very good,
honey. Why, I finished the book.
How
are you this evening, dear? I’m fine, only tired and sleepy. I miss you, dear.
If you could only sneak in, dear. Yes, you are with me, always, dearest Nick. I
love you with all my heart.
The
dentist cleaned all my teeth this evening, honey. No letter came this evening,
dear, but I have your others to read. I love you, darling, with all my heart.
What
are you doing this evening, honey? “The dummy” is playing in the Aberdeen and
by looks of the picture, dear, it looks scary.
I’m
going to air my things tomorrow, dear. I want to have everything nice and clean
when you call, honey. The only thing I’ll have to do is pack. I’m all excited,
dear, this will be another honeymoon for us, dear, full of happiness.
Honey,
I signed up for a night class in Havre De Grace for speedscript and typing. It
won’t cost anything and this will be a good opportunity for me, dear. I would
like to learn how to take shorthand, honey. It is a 13 week course.
You
were in my thoughts all day, dear. I love you and love you with all my heart
for always. You’re everything to me, dearest husband. Soon, we will be
together, dear, and we won’t have to write, for we will have each other,
dearest Nick. How lovely everything will be!
Goodnight,
now, honey. Take good care of yourself always. I send all my love and kisses to
you, sweetheart. May God Bless You, dearest Nick.
Lovingly
Yours,
Rosemarie
P.S. Honey, do you know this fellow.
