Dear “Sis”,

Well, I got a little mail today, one from Timmey on June 24 and two from Min Lewis on June 25th and 26th and one from Doc Steiyers on the 27th. He wrote me a nice newsy one too. “She” told me about Little Abner being at Buck’s shop again and about the [prank] they pulled. And about Dr. Craig.

Today has been another half cloudy one here. Cool breeze blowing up my hair again but I’m not so cool or hot either. Just nice, you know. The boys have been playing some in between clouds when they break. They are really tying to get their time in and how.

Everything sounds about the same. We are all just sweating and waiting for the word to pull out. It will only be a job for a matter of minutes to take care of too. We are all so nervous and excited. We don’t have half good sense anymore either. You have no idea, “Inie” how we really feel and the effect of the news has on us that we are really going home again.

I hope it is not too hot on you folks over there and I hope none of you are working too hard in the hot weather either. I wonder if it is very hot in your office there. I hope not.

That “baby” really must have been having a big time when she wrote her letter. I hope “Inie” that you get enough gas to get out and around a little there. Don’t worry when I get there I’ll drain everything on the line and fill up some barrels for you too. Ha-ha. Glad you and Timmey got a nice trip to town too. I guess those busses are lousy these days and how.

“Doc” wrote me something about “Skeater”. Said she had made friends with him now. I wonder if the little rascal will know me. How is that “Leevy”? I bet she knows I am on the place before any of you do. Ha-ha.

Well, “Inie” this is the last sheet of paper. I have no stationary so I will have to find something else now I guess. We all are about out of everything like this now. I don’t think I will need more stuff here in the E.T.O. I sure hope not.

Well, no news much, “Sis”, just take good care of yourself and all and be careful. Here’s hoping to see “my sweet Sis” now before many moons once more.

True and sweet kisses “Little Sis”-

            From your Little Brother
