AM Wed-
Dearest Mother,
While my
mind is fresh I’ll scratch off a few lines and let you know that I’m still
kicking. I feel pretty good today after three days of “below-par” headaches,
etc.
The doctor
said yesterday they still thought I have the “cere-cidio-stuff”
but that is all they will tell me, so, that’s all I can tell you at present.

you are welcoming the coming of spring. From the tone of your letter no one
should complain about the heat this summer! Estes has already begun to plan his
camps this summer.
The war
news is still very good as far as we can see over here. The Japs
really meant to hold
Write when
you can. I trust you are still enjoying yourself. Will write back again soon-
Love-
