Dear Anna,

Just a few lines to let you know that I am well and everything is OK and I sincerely hope you and the rest of the family are the same.

I am very sorry I have not written to you any sooner but you can be sure that I will write to you whenever I possibly can and am able to. However until you here further from me use the address which I have at the top of this sheet be sure to put A.P.O 252 as all letters must be censored.

I sincerely hope you are in the best of health and taking good care of yourself. I also hope that mom is in the best of health and also taking good care of herself and I also hope that the rest of the family is also in the best of health and happy and I also hope that everything is running smoothly now that everybody is back home again.
