Dear Dot and Dana,

I got another letter today and one from Charlotte and one from Evelyn, that was the first time I have heard from her.

I would like to see her baby boy. She said the Brooks say it looks like me. Well, it must be a homely little thing.

No Dot, I haven’t heard from Vaughn for a long time. I wrote to him last. I guess he is too busy to write.

I should think that would be a pretty buy with that house Dot. If it was me I think I would jump at the chance. It is pretty nice, to won your own house.

Gee honey, I hope Dana doesn’t change so much I won’t know him. I sure wish I could be home with him he needs me so much and he never did mind you very well. But it seems to me now as if I could ever make him to the mark again. I think after all this, the three of us will live very happily.

I doubt if I will ever be transferred on another ship. Carrol is just lucky to be traveling back and forth to and be able to come home often. Maybe in a few months I will be able to get home.  Sure hope to anyway.

I wish I could have some of your corn. Gee it must taste good.

Well honey, take good care of yourself and Dana. I love you lots.
