Tues. Night
Dearest Jane:
So honey it
sure was good to talk to you last night. I miss you so much honey I hardly know
what to do. Every day gets longer. I will be so glad when all this mess is over
with and I will be with you always. You and Jr. and I.
How is Jr. tonight? Is he behaving himself? Give him a
spanking for me if he isn’t.
Honey have
I told you I got a letter from mother? She said she wanted you to come up there
if you wanted to. She also told me about getting your expenses paid. I will
tell you all she said when I see you.
Honey. I am sorry I couldn’t come in Saturday but having to
be back so soon I didn’t want to take a chance in missing connections and also
I didn’t have the money to ride the bus. But I am sure I can come in this week.
I don’t’ know about a three day pass. Will see about it.
I told you
about having to lose 20 lbs. The Colonel seems determined for me to go to
officer’s school.
Honey I
don’t know any thing new to write. We are alert company tonight and I am afraid
every minute we will have to fall out so I will close for the time. Will write
again tomorrow night and will see you Saturday.
Lots of love to you and Jr.
Clive
