Monday Evening
Dearest Jane:
Well honey
babe, here I am back in camp. Got back
ok. Didn’t have any trouble, got in
about 2 o’clock. It rained all the way
and I had to take it slow, but got in in time to sleep a while.
I haven’t
much time to write, just got off and it’s almost time for retreat. I am sending you ten dollars. That will give you enough to buy your dress
and things in case you don’t get your money this week. Let me know if you get it ok. Also let me know if you get your money from
the government. Honey I really did hate
to have to leave you Sunday night but there isn’t anything can be done about
it. I really enjoyed being with you and
Cynthia for what time I could though.
Will close
now, tell mother & all hello and I will write later. Will call you Wednesday evening about 3
o’clock.
Be sweet
and take care of your self & Cynthia for me.
Love to all
Clive
