Dear Mom, and Dad,

After those shots we had yesterday my arm was pretty sore today but they fixed that. To start off with they gave us Physical Ed early this morning. Then later in the morning we mopped some more floors. This evening we had a lecture and then we drilled with rifles and cartridge bolts. Then we went to chow. After chow this evening Gladys and Midge and then went to the dentist 8:45 but they didn’t work on me because of my fever blister in the corner of my mouth. They say they are going to pull the last four on the upper right back and one down below. I dread that. They have already filled 4 on 5.

Well I didn’t receive any mail today but in the one received from Gladys yesterday she gave me Preston’s address. So you don’t have to send his address. Well nothing else has happened around here and its almost 10 o’clock. I’ve just taken a nice hot shower and that always makes you feel good. We have a great big room to take a shower in. It is well heated too.
