Dear Mom,

Got your letter this morning. Was glad to year from you folks.

The old snow must be pretty deep by this time.

Over here the weather is fine to day.

Got a letter from Polly yesterday. She said that because of the snow, they hadn’t been able to get over home. Said that Paul wasn’t working because of the deep snow.

Yes, I think I have received all of the Xmas packages by now. I got yours quite a while ago, but guess you know it by now.
