Dear Mom,

Got your letter yesterday. Was glad to hear that you had a nice visit with Bernice. How are they?

Received a letter from Patty today. She said she was coming over to visit you.

It is a little cool here to night. It is usually pretty nice though.

What is Laton doing these days? Do you see old Lt. Wellman often? Do they have any more kids yet?

Went into town last nite with one of the boys. Had a pretty good time. Things are pretty quiet around though. Not much going on.
