Dear Mom.

Received two letters from you yesterday, so thought I would drop you a line.

It has been lovely weather here the last few weeks. I think it is going to be O K here in the summer. Not hot like it was back in the Southern U.S.

How is everything going these days. I suppose Laton is busy as usual.

I am going to send a German clock aircraft clock home after a while. I’m going to use it on the dash of the car when I get back.

Got a letter from Grant and Faye the other day. Guess those kids are having the time of their lives now.

Guess by the looks of things those darn Jerries are going to fold up some of these days.
