Dear Billy,

It is raining very hard here too Dad and I have just returned from the Roxy. Dad and I told you in the last letters vacation.

We were all up to see Aunt Kate last night and passed a very pleasant evening. Margaret showed us all the beautiful wedding gifts she received.

Her husband is somewhere in the South Pacific.

[I received] a letter from Harold saying he expects a three day pass the second week in Oct. and that he s taking me for a ride also to Lundey’s.
