Letter number 63
Dear Billy,
I
am feeling better now than the previous letter I wrote you and I expect the go
to man on Sunday.
I
received your letter in which you said you received my Christmas package, I do
hope you get the others- there are three more from me.
Harold
expects to be home for Christmas. I do hope by next Christmas you will be home,
it is a very sad Christmas for so many but there is nothing we can do. However
Bill, all our thoughts are with you and sometimes I just go to pieces, enough
of this.
I
suppose it will be very gay in Paris for the holidays. I hope your hair grows
in so if you are invited to any parties you will look O.K.
It
is very cold here today, the coldest day we have had. Does it get cold in
Paris?
Love,
Mommy
