Dear Mom, Dad, & Marie,
Just a few lines this time to let you know that I am well and getting along fine.
Had a nice letter from Marie and I enjoyed it very much. Just as soon as possible I will write her an answer. Pretty busy right now,
Yes I have passed the two year mark, also the 18 months overseas. Have seen lots of things in that time, some good and some bad. I wouldn’t take something pretty for the time over here but would hate to have to spend 18 more.
Glad to hear that Dad is keeping up his marksmanship. Maybe when I come back he and I can have a competition.
Have written Butler but have not heard from him for quite a while. Guess I will soon.
I have lost track of Edgar and if you can send me his address, possibly I can drop him a few lines.
I owe a terrific number of letters and don’t have any idea when I will catch up.
Must close now but will try to write again soon. Hope I can send those pictures but as yet, no film.
All my love to you all,
Aubrey
