Hello Albert.
I’ll just drop you a few lines to letl
you know that I am well and hoping you are also the same.
I’ll bet you never thought you would here from me Ken
did you?
Well I just got your address I guess you can think where I
got it but it did not come from your Mother’s house.
I hope you
can read some of my writing it will take you a week to learn what it means.
Well it will give you something to do.
Do you know how many other kinds of work I had since you are
in the navy? Well I had three jobs one was the railroad. Roofing the other
still you know what that is but must say still the army get me and I do not
know how long that will be. Well how was your first Christmas in the Navy? I
bet you had a big dinner and a good time and then maybe you did not have too
good a time.
I’ll bet you think I am trying to write a book. I don’t
think you like long letters very much or do you?
Do you know what George said? You know how I man down at the
hot dog shop. He said the going theater here now is much better than the old
one. How do you like that? Bet he did not tell me that.
I think you know Derfey don’t you?
And that thing I went out with three times. Well Derfey
had a fright with her. He had her all over the floor. How
do you like that? I don’t mean that bug one.
