Dearest Clara, Will write a few
lines on one of these, before I write a nother one to you honey, I have a
Japanese cigarette, I am going to send you in the air mail, when I get it
written, I am pretty sure they will let it go through. The tobacco probably
will always all come out, but you can keep the papers and tip, for a keep sake.
I got one of these today June 29th, and sure glad to hear from you
dear. I hope you are well and good, I am okay, you better be careful about
drinking too much coffee, you will be so nervous you won’t know what to do with
yourself, I know it’s hard when you have to sit up with Grandma. I’ll be
careful honey.
With all my love
Kisses, your husband
Johnny.
