Dearest Clara,

Honey I got an air mail written yesterday but couldn’t get one of these. I wish I could have but it wasn’t my fault. I will send you my new A.P.O. Number after I reach my destination. I could now but I don’t have all of it, so it really wouldn’t do either of us any good. I am feeling pretty good today. At least I don’t have a headache. I know how you feel when you get one, it sure isn’t it dear? I am glad I am getting nearer to home, our mail should reach us a lot sooner and yours should too. I will get you another letter out pretty soon, after Chow dear. I probably will be some time before I hear from you again, but wherever I am going there should be mail waiting for me. Well sweet do take care of yourself for me and I always will for you.

With lots of Love and Kisses to my dear Wife Clara,

                                                                                                            Johnny
