Dearest Clara,
Honey,
I got 3 letters from you and one from Mother, was I ever
glad to get them. Darling you can write any thing to
me, or ask questions, they told me it would be okay, none of your mail is
censored coming over here. I’ll get busy and write a good long letter right
away. Honey, I don’t know what all your people are like, but you’re the one
that counts to me, some day we won’t have to stay around them, and I’m sure
that will suit you fine won’t it? Have you been getting all of my letters, I
hope so any way, I am okay, and glad to hear you feel
better now, be good sweetheart.
Write as often
as you can,
With lots of
love and Kisses,
Your
Johnny
