Dearest Clara,
Well
honey, I will try and write a few lines on this now, maybe tonight I will get
some mail from you, I have all of your letters caught up now. I will answer you
Sis, Gath’s letter after while I didn’t think she would ever write, after what
you and I told her. That’s all forgotten, I hope, I like all the kids and I always
was pretty easy to get along with any one, don’t you think honey? I’ll have to
go back to work maybe after while, it really is hot today. I’m going to get a haircut
after while, but don’t know just when the fellow can
get it done; It has come back in thick. I guess I won’t
be bald headed after al. you remember where the light spot was in my hair, it’s
all gone. I sure am glad of that. Honey I will close
for now, and write your letter tonight so do be careful and I will.
With all my
love,
To my wife
Clara,
Johnny
