Dear Addie,
Just
a line to let you know that I am well and getting along O. K. Hope you are well
and not working too hard.
Guess
I have received just about all of my mail now.
I
was surprised to hear of the Bryce’s new arrival. Am glad it was a son for I
know how much they wanted a son.
I
have had letters from much of the members of the family in the last few days.
They were all well when the letters were written.
Had a letter from Hatcher and Anna. He wrote that he was
feeling better but was pretty shaky get.
I
was ashore a few weeks ago and at a Red Cross recreation hall they had
registers for the different states and I saw where David Firesheets
from Crieve registered. I wrote and asked Byrdie about him but haven’t heard from her since that
time. Hope Mrs. Firesheets is improving soon.
Love to all,
Kermit
