Received your letter and was very glad to hear from you but was sorry to hear that you were sick and that you’re better now and I’m glad that it wasn’t a cancer. When do you think you will be operated on? Don’t let it go to long huh ma. Ah yes I’ll write Rita tonight and tell her why and she’ll understand so don’t worry and thanks a million for trying. As for the money keep it so you won’t have to bother about it. Ah yes I’m taking an allotment out and I thinks it will be around forty dollars so you should be receiving it within a month or so and let me know when you do huh ma. So far have you received any bonds yet?
