Dear Hon:
Good evening Sweetheart. I am
exceptionally tired tonight. More tired than I have been in a long time. When I
got home from work today, Mary and I got busy and washed clothes and there were
ever so many, sometimes I wonder where I pick up such a big wash. It is still
out and I may leave it hanging for the night as they are not dry and I am much
to tired to pick them up. Immediately after I finish
this letter I will take it and put it in Mr. H’s mailbox and off to bed.
I received your letter today dear, of Friday P.M. also you had a letter from someone who
possibly was your buddy. I do not recall that name, at
least I don’t remember you mentioning it. I am forwarding it to you sweetheart,
unopened as I want you to be the first to read it, I will hear about it no
doubt from you.
It was a beautiful day today. I hope
we have many more of them. Tomorrow, is our day off
and I am looking forward to spending it a little more leisurely as I have done
my share of work today. We will possibly go down the street for a while and for
the evening and supper, we are invited to Kitty’s. She is having spaghetti for
us.
Darling, you will forgive me for
being so brief, won’t you Sweetheart. I just had to drop you a line as I cannot
bear to have you without mail for a day. Any bit of news is appreciated I’m
sure. I will try and do much better tomorrow darling.
I
will close with Love and Kisses to my most lovable husband. I love you darling
with all my heart and soul.
Your Loving Wife.
