Dearest Vincent,

I received another letter from you today and it was just as cold as the last one.  Can you imagine how that makes me feel?

Pheety, I haven’t gone to work as yet and if you don’t want me to I won’t.  I’ll stay right here with Mom as she needs me anyway.  Darling if we move to Cleveland when you get back is it O.K. if Mom goes with us for a while?  Bob will just have to take Butch to Dayton to send him to school.  He isn’t paying enough money for Butch’s keep any way.  He hasn’t sent any money up here for 2 months.  Heaven knows Betty and I have all we can do on our hands now.  We are making ends meet anyway.  Peg and her Boy friend stay here quite a bit and they don’t even offer anything.  I am getting thoroughly disgusted again.

By the way, I was talking to Marg S. yesterday afternoon.  She was telling me all about the time Jackie M. through cake all over you. She’s changed quite a bit.  Your old flame, Violet C. is back in town.

Well I must sign off for now.  I have another I wrote to you but we are out of stamps right now.  I will try and mail these tomorrow.

                                                                                    All my love

                                                                                         Margaret.
