                        Sir,

I hereby venture to give a sign of life and would ask you how you are yourself and your wife and how you got over this last world war.

My family is now reunited here - we are to starting family life again.

My wife and 3 boys (11 years, 7 and ½) were brought out of the Russian occupied Zone hereto by an American flyer.

Our former apartment here was bombed out, our furniture was damaged or stolen. But we endeavour to build up - the only big grief is that our eldest son lost his leg thru a bomb, at an air attack, injuring also my wife. –

I personally was wounded also on an air mission – however am doing quite well again.

Col. W.F. Wooley C.O. of the former Airforce Control Commission is now at the Group Council (Air Division) at Berlin from where I had the good news that may parents are living – in the US Zone at Berlin- Dahlem. My father was reinstated as Director of the Remainder of Lufthansa – now doing motor car work.  As the General Motors Opel Plant at Russelsheim near Wiesbaden has not resumed production yet – I was glad to find a very interesting job in this Detachment as adviser and assistant to the above mentioned Chief of Economics Section.  We are forming now the Civilian Govt. at Land level and are quite busy.

When is Panamerican Airways Flying directly to Frankfort at the nearby Wiesbaden?

May I ever have the pleasure of seeing you again?

            With Kindest regards to you

                                                      yours respectfully

                                                                        Wronsky
