Bar-de-lu

France

Dearest Dottie,

Hello sweetheart I must write you this morning. I am hopping that this will find you in best of health. I am fine and feel pretty good.

Dottie what is the news of N.Y. these days?  I tell you there isn’t too much over hear to talk about.  This place where I am at now is a small place. It is a long ways from Paris.

I don’t even want a pass because there is no place to go. Ho ho, Dottie I went to a show last night and I sure wish that you could have been with me. I thought it was very good at least it was good pass time.

Honey what do you do for a pass time at home?  I often think of that and wonder what there is left to do.  But I bet there is lots of things to do.

I just wish that I was there. I bet you and I could find something to do.  What do you think about that? Honey I bet you will be surprised when I come home. I am coming to see you if I can find you.

Dottie you was telling me about the South. Yes, honey, it is sure nice to go out on the beach and stay all day. I think so any way, some day I hope you will get down there to see for your self.

Honey you did not see anything in Mississippi that was nice. Now not because I am from Florida but it had some real nice places to go and enjoy your self. There is so many things to do like going dancing and swimming and moon-light walking and just lots of other things that are nice.

Dottie this place over here also has some nice things to look at. That is if you haven’t seen them. Then it gets to where it looks like Hell to you HaHa.

But we still have to look at them. I will be glad when I can see New York again and you. That will make me very happy and I am sure that it will you too.

Honey I must close now and try to write my mother. I will say Bye Bye now and be sweet and be a good girl for me. Sending my Love and Kisses to you.
